DELIVERY

UK Shipping

We offer free standard delivery 2-3 days on all UK orders.

We endeavour to dispatch your order on the same day or next day, provided you place your order by 4pm, Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 4pm on Friday will be sent out on the following Monday.

All shipping will be sent via Royal Mail unless you request Next Day which will be shipped by courier at a cost of £7.99. Please note that to ensure Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 11.00 AM.

International Shipping

Europe : Delivery within 3-4 working days from order dispatch. Standard Shipping £9.50. Please note that prices and duration may differ depending on destination.

USA: Delivery within 3-4 working days from order dispatch. We have two different Shipping Options available (UPS) Standard Shipping £13.50 and (DHL) Express £18.99. Please note that prices and duration may differ depending on destination.

Worldwide: Delivery within 2-7 working days (depending on destination). A £13.50 shipping fee applies. International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Please contact your local customs office to request details of these charges. Please note that prices and duration may differ depending on destination.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from Beanie Socks London, but if you are not satisfied with your item(s), you have 14 days upon delivery to return them to us for a refund or exchange. All products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all tags and labels still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund or exchange refused.
